Cosmetic Dentistry & Insurance
Cosmetic dental procedures are not covered by most dental insurance policies; however, partial benefits are often available in the case of broken teeth or pre-existing dental fillings, bonding, or crowns.
Thank you for choosing R Dental Group. As you move forward with the financial considerations of your treatment, rest assured that our primary concern is your health and our ability to provide top-notch dentistry. With this in mind, please remember that any dental insurance you may carry represents an agreement between you and your insurance company, not between your insurance company and R Dental Group.
Payment is expected before services are performed
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. When extensive dental care is necessary, financing plans are available; please make arrangements with our office manager. We will make every effort to be sensitive to your financial circumstances within the framework of sound business practices.
Our financial coordinator will prepare all of the necessary forms for patients with dental insurance. We can’t guarantee that your insurance will cover the treatment you need or the amount of coverage reimbursement they provide, but will do our best to see that you receive your maximum benefits. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total financial obligation at the time of treatment. If you would like to know what your expected coverage is, we are happy to submit a pre-treatment estimate. Your insurer will generally send a detailed response within 3-4 weeks.
